Seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
Proficient in both oral and written communication with clarity and precision.
Proven skills in interpersonal communication and analytical problem-solving.
Requires expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and customer management tools.
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and productivity. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence within the team.
Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diligence.
Proactively engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
Ensure the meticulous management of customer records and documentation to maintain their accuracy and integrity.
Deliver current information regarding products, services, and available properties in a timely manner.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and exceptional customer journey.
