What You’ll Do

Proactively seek out and cultivate innovative business opportunities to expand market presence and drive sustainable growth.

Present tailored recruitment solutions to human resources executives, startup founders, and business owners to address their hiring needs.

Transform prospects into secured clients through effective engagement and conversion strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to final agreement.

Develop and nurture enduring client connections through consistent engagement and personalized service delivery.

Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the seamless activation of roles.

To consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in sales or business development, you will bring a strong track record of achieving measurable results and driving revenue growth.

Professional experience in recruitment, human resources, or professional services is considered beneficial.

Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, coupled with adept negotiation capabilities, are essential requirements for this role. The incumbent will be expected to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, articulate ideas persuasively, and achieve mutually beneficial agreements through strategic dialogue and compromise.

Able to engage in articulate discussions with high-level executives and key stakeholders.
