Main Functions

Tasked with executing the Project Quality Plan within the designated scope of work, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for essential personnel to enhance their proficiency and operational effectiveness.

Develop and implement Surveillance Plans to guarantee the effective execution of Surveillance Programs, while continuously monitoring and auditing performance to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Report any quality issues, project status updates, key performance indicators, and insights gained to the Project Management team.

Oversee initiatives aimed at addressing quality concerns and enhancing quality-related processes.

You may initially serve in the capacity of Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) until a permanent assignment is designated.

Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of duties and obligations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and achieve key performance indicators. Maintain meticulous records, adhere to compliance protocols, and report progress to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost-saving measures while upholding quality and accountability.

Foster a culture of quality excellence across all project phases to ensure adherence to established standards and continuous improvement.

Ensure the establishment and effective execution of robust control processes within the Project Team (PT) in alignment with the Project guidelines.

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan as well as the overall project plan, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic objectives.

Offer comprehensive supervision to ensure Contractor adherence to project requirements and the effective execution of their Quality program.

To validate the Contractor’s Quality organization and oversee the performance of critical Quality Assurance (QA) personnel, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

Review the Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements’ language to ensure compliance.

Examine and grant authorization to the Contractor’s Quality Plan as well as the Inspection and Test Plans (Its), ensuring they meet all specified requirements and standards before implementation.

Conduct regular, scheduled evaluations of the Contractor’s operations to assess and oversee the execution of their Quality Management systems.

Engage in the evaluation and qualification process for potential Subcontractors or Suppliers to ensure they meet established criteria and standards.

Ensure that the Contractor’s surveillance activities align with the established Criticality Ratings.

Review the Contractor’s quality audit schedule, oversee the execution of their audit program, and engage in designated audits as required.

Collaborate with the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) to evaluate the Quality Plan of suppliers providing critical equipment or materials.

Ensure the Contractor adheres to the agreed-upon reporting standards and delivers high-quality, accurate reports in accordance with the contract terms.

Oversee the execution and review of PT Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs to ensure compliance and proper implementation.

Deliver comprehensive quality training sessions tailored to organizational needs and compliance standards.

Develop and manage the subproject Audit Schedule, perform site audits within subprojects, and provide support to the Quality Manager in conducting project audits as required.

Analyze performance indicators from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to pinpoint challenges and facilitate their resolution.

We support the identification and placement of candidates for Statistical Quality Control (SQC) roles while collaborating with site teams to select qualified inspectors.

Oversee the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs in the interim until the designated coordinator, such as the Project Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC), is officially appointed.

Review and support the preparation of the Quality section of site close-out reports when required.

Provide guidance and updates to the Project Manager and Quality Manager regarding quality concerns, current status, and performance metrics.

Implement best practices and company lessons learned while identifying and distributing new insights as necessary to maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Engineering or a related scientific field is highly desirable.

We require candidates to possess 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in the field.

With a proven track record in overseeing quality assurance and control processes for field construction and completions operations, you will ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of on-site construction and completion activities.

Technical discipline certifications aligned with professional experience are required.

Capable of undertaking domestic and international business travel to project locations for the provision of diverse support services.

Professionals seeking consideration must demonstrate a proven track record in Quality Management, having held positions of responsibility that involved overseeing and coordinating quality-related initiatives across diverse facilities within the Oil and Gas sector.

Proven track record in overseeing project quality management systems, ensuring adherence to established standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrates a robust background in auditing quality management systems, with a proven track record of implementing and evaluating compliance standards.

Professionals should possess extensive global exposure in collaborating with contractors and vendors engaged in production facility projects.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in client-facing roles on large-scale production facility projects.

Experienced in executing projects to completion and maintaining comprehensive documentation for operational handover.

Preferred qualifications include certifications or relevant training in auditing and inspection disciplines.
