Job Summary

A dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Admin Officer is required to oversee reception responsibilities and deliver comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful applicant will serve as the primary liaison for guests and contribute significantly to maintaining efficient office workflows.

Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and foster innovation within the organization. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate progress effectively, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal standards, and best practices while mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges proactively.

Greet visitors courteously and provide them with prompt, professional assistance to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all communications are addressed with accuracy and courtesy.

Oversee the coordination of schedules, appointments, and the reservation of meeting rooms.

Ensure all office supplies are fully stocked and organized while overseeing various administrative duties to support seamless daily operations.

Provide administrative assistance to HR and management teams by managing documentation and maintaining organized filing systems.

Maintain a neat and inviting reception area at all times to create a positive first impression for visitors.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as version control systems such as Git, is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in business administration or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in front desk or administrative capacities is essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with well-developed interpersonal competencies, are required for this position.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a clear focus on priorities.
