Job Purpose

With the objective of enhancing revenue generation, expanding market reach, and optimizing distributor performance in the North region, this role entails leading the regional sales team, fostering robust channel partnerships, and effectively implementing the company’s sales strategy for mobile phone accessories.

Oversee comprehensive project management duties, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams. Develop strategic plans, monitor progress, and address operational challenges to maintain seamless workflow. Prepare detailed reports, conduct data analysis, and present insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Facilitate effective communication between departments, vendors, and clients to align objectives and deliver consistent results. Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity across the organization.

Devise and implement strategic regional sales initiatives in alignment with overarching national objectives.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets to meet or surpass established objectives.

Enhance market penetration and elevate brand recognition for mobile phone accessory products.

Establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and critical retail accounts to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new distributors as well as high-value outlets.

Maintain optimal stock availability and ensure effective stock rotation throughout the region.

Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives and Territory Sales Executives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and individual development objectives.

Establish measurable key performance indicators, perform consistent field assessments, and deliver hands-on mentoring to team members.

Execute and oversee route-to-market strategies with unwavering discipline, ensuring rigorous adherence to plans and meticulous reporting standards.

Monitor competitor actions, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives while delivering consistent market intelligence and sales projections to leadership.

Execute trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards with precision and impact to drive optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with 5 to 8 years of proven sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer electronics sectors.

A minimum of two to three years of experience in regional or area sales management is required.

Strong understanding of the South East market dynamics.

Experienced in overseeing distributor relationships and leading field sales teams.
