We are in search of an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive (Trade) to expand our market presence within the designated territory by cultivating strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and key trade accounts.

The successful candidate will focus on broadening market reach, enhancing customer connections, guaranteeing product accessibility, and meeting sales and distribution objectives for our consumer electronics and home appliance portfolio within their designated territory.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including the management and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity while fostering collaboration across departments. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, monitor progress, and address challenges proactively. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation, driving continuous growth and development within the team. Maintain stringent compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to uphold organizational integrity and reputation. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Create and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories to meet established targets for sales volume, revenue, and distribution.

Develop and nurture robust connections with current clients while simultaneously pursuing opportunities to expand the client base by onboarding new trade accounts.

Perform routine market inspections to verify product stock levels, optimize merchandising strategies, and strengthen brand representation in retail environments.

Track inventory levels, analyze product flow, and manage replenishment processes to ensure stock availability while optimizing sales potential.

Guarantee prompt order processing, secure payment receipt, and seamless collaboration with the logistics team to facilitate timely product delivery.

Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer information, sales projections, and regional performance metrics, ensuring alignment with established targets through ongoing performance tracking.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, streamline service delivery processes, and elevate overall customer satisfaction levels.

To uphold adherence to organizational sales policies, credit guidelines, and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities for this position include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, possess at least three years of managerial experience, and demonstrate proficiency in project management tools. Additionally, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years’ experience in Trade Sales, Electronics Sales, Territory Sales, Distributor Management, or Retail Sales is required.

Proficiency in selling consumer electronics, home appliances, or similar products is highly desirable.

Achieved sales targets consistently while broadening market presence.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of trade channels, dealer networks, retail operations, and distribution management.

Proven expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and customer engagement, demonstrated through consistent performance and positive outcomes.

Effectively communicates and collaborates with customers and trade partners, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to positively influence key stakeholders.

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market opportunities.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, along with a working knowledge of sales reporting tools or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is required.
