We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill volunteer positions. The Prosthetics Provider Network Department oversees the establishment and upkeep of a validated database comprising prosthetic and rehabilitation service providers throughout Africa.
This database will serve as the core infrastructure for a Provider Network Directory, enabling users to efficiently locate reputable professionals by filtering results according to geographic area, available services, and professional specializations.
The department facilitates the documentation and follow-up of cases submitted by individuals pursuing prosthetic or rehabilitation assistance, maintaining meticulous tracking to bolster advocacy initiatives, outreach programs, and fundraising efforts.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to maintain high standards of accountability and excellence. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Represent the organization in external engagements, fostering relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to strengthen market positioning. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while mitigating risks across all operational activities.
Identify and record healthcare professionals specializing in Prosthetics, Orthotics, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation services throughout the African continent.
Support involves verifying and thoroughly vetting providers in accordance with Foundation guidelines to ensure compliance and reliability.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the Provider Network database, utilizing tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Review submitted requests for prosthetic assistance and ensure timely follow-up on each case to provide appropriate support.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of structured case documentation to enhance awareness and support fundraising initiatives.
Provide expert knowledge to enhance referral systems and access pathways.
