Skilled professionals are tasked with diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues affecting critical equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, sealing machines, and packaging systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults promptly to minimize operational interruptions and maintain system reliability.
Oversee the operation and upkeep of generators, power distribution systems, and manufacturing utilities to ensure continuous and reliable performance.
Facilitate the installation and configuration of production equipment to ensure seamless operational readiness.
Maintain precise and detailed records of maintenance activities and fault reports to ensure comprehensive documentation and traceability.
Collaborate effectively with production personnel to facilitate seamless operational workflows.
Address exclusively those complex issues that cannot be resolved at the location and require escalation.
Requirements
We seek candidates with an OND, HND, Technical Diploma qualification, or who have successfully completed a Trade Test, and possess an engineering background.
A minimum of two years of practical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.
Demonstrates extensive hands-on expertise in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Must demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving machine malfunctions independently, even in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in operating generators, motors, conveyors, compressors, or packaging machinery is strongly preferred.
Must demonstrate adaptability in dynamic production settings characterized by high noise levels, pressing deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
Maintain accurate records through comprehensive documentation, including upkeep logs and fault reports.
