Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++, and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Education Technology, or a related field.

Teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, B.Ed., TRCN certification or equivalent) is an advantage.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in ICT or Computer Studies.

Preferred experience includes teaching learners within primary or secondary school environments.
