Job Summary

The Nail Technician delivers exceptional manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and specialized treatments to each client.

This position requires establishing and nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and ensure consistent patronage, upholding stringent sanitation protocols, and staying current with advancements in nail care techniques and trends.

Oversee and execute all day-to-day tasks essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes. Develop and maintain efficient workflows, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and service delivery. Monitor progress through established metrics, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and resolving operational challenges. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align resources with long-term goals. Deliver exceptional nail care services encompassing manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, intricate nail art designs, and expert gel and acrylic applications.

Remove old nail polish, clean nails thoroughly, shape nails to the desired style, gently push back cuticles, and apply polish according to each client’s unique preferences.

Skilled professionals will apply artificial nails and provide tailored recommendations for nail designs and styles that align with each client’s unique preferences and requirements.

Evaluate clients’ nail conditions to determine suitable treatments and recommend effective aftercare solutions. Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures.

Before each use, ensure all nail tools, instruments, and equipment are thoroughly sanitized.

Maintain an immaculate and orderly workstation that adheres to strict hygiene standards at all times.

Maintain strict adherence to established salon hygiene protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Warmly welcome clients, engage in clear and professional communication, and offer expert guidance on nail care practices.

Consistently foster transparent dialogue throughout service delivery to uphold client comfort and fulfillment.

Promptly address customer concerns and escalate complaints to the Salon Manager as needed.

Drive revenue growth by promoting nail care products and complementary services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.

Track inventory levels of nail products and initiate restocking procedures as required to maintain optimal supply levels.

Ensure the meticulous handling of salon products and tools to reduce waste effectively.

Maintain impeccable standards in salon appearance, hygiene practices, and professional etiquette.

Ensure punctual attendance at all scheduled appointments and maintain disciplined time management throughout the workday.

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging techniques, and new product developments.

Promptly communicate any identified concerns to the Salon Manager.

Work collaboratively with fellow salon team members to maintain seamless daily operations.

Maintain professionalism by steering clear of unrelated conversations, playful behavior, and personal phone use when interacting with clients.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in [specific role/industry].
