Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels with professionalism and efficiency.
Drive sales by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, skillfully addressing customer concerns, and finalizing deals—all while prioritizing the customer experience at every stage.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including targeted campaigns, promotional initiatives, and structured follow-up sequences, with the primary goal of converting leads into loyal customers and enhancing customer retention.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, establish daily objectives, track progress, and uphold service quality standards consistently.
Evaluate and enhance operational performance by monitoring essential indicators, including response time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify persistent challenges and develop strategic recommendations to address them effectively.
Serve as an authoritative representative of the brand by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of custom clothing and leather products while articulating the brand’s unique value proposition to clients with clarity and conviction.
What We’re Looking For
With a minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing capacity, candidates who have also held team leadership roles will be given preference.
Demonstrates a strong track record of successfully finalizing sales agreements and effectively addressing customer concerns with assurance.
Marketing Execution: Demonstrates practical expertise in deploying marketing strategies, campaigns, or sales scripts with precision and effectiveness.
Languages: Strong proficiency in English with exceptional communication abilities. Proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is considered an asset.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in organizational methods and adept use of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and fundamental spreadsheet applications.
