Job Summary

The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will manage all facets of human resources, administrative duties, and daily operational activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will function as the central hub for office administration, maintaining uninterrupted business operations while advancing HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Oversee the execution of critical tasks aligned with the role’s core objectives, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational standards. Provide strategic direction by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve predetermined goals. Manage day-to-day operations with precision, prioritizing efficiency and resource optimization. Lead initiatives that drive innovation, performance improvement, and sustainable growth. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with overarching business strategies. Evaluate progress through data-driven insights to inform decision-making and corrective actions. Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement among team members.

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, spanning from initial sourcing to final onboarding, while ensuring accurate and compliant employee documentation throughout the process.

Responsibilities include overseeing the management and updating of staff records, HR databases, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Facilitate performance management processes, enhance employee relations strategies, and lead staff development programs to foster organizational growth and engagement.

Provide leadership and direction to the daily administrative functions of the office while fostering seamless collaboration among all departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Oversee and streamline administrative operations, office logistics, and facility management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Design and deploy operational processes and systems aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Maintain adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and internal operational procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Oversee the administration of employee leave, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.

Coordinate meetings, draft comprehensive reports, maintain office supplies inventory, and administer company assets to ensure efficient operations and resource optimization.

Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

Execute various HR, administrative, and operational tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in a human resources, administrative, operations, or comparable leadership position.

Proficiency in the real estate, media, or related industries would be considered beneficial.

Proven expertise in human resources practices, office administration, and operational management is required.

Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor legislation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and well-developed interpersonal and organizational competencies.

Proven aptitude for solving complex problems efficiently while adeptly balancing competing priorities.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications and HR/administrative management systems.

Requires a self-starter mentality, strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, and a commitment to fostering operational excellence.
