Revise short-form content tailored specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with platform-specific best practices and audience preferences.
Develop engaging, platform-optimized video content by transforming raw footage from events, lifestyle shoots, and brand-specific material into polished social media assets.
Incorporate captions, transitions, graphics, and essential motion elements as required to enhance content clarity and engagement.
Consistently produce and finalize content in accordance with established deadlines and project schedules.
Organize project files and content assets efficiently, ensuring all materials are systematically categorized, easily accessible, and maintained in an orderly structure.
Collaborate effectively with the content and marketing teams to implement strategic content initiatives.
Facilitate the execution of live content initiatives and strategic campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to project objectives.
Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field with a proven track record of success. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is a must. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for this role. Demonstrated leadership experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in utilizing Cap Cut is a must, with demonstrated expertise in its features and tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro would be beneficial for this role.
