We seek a highly motivated and meticulous workshop supervisor to oversee the efficient, profitable, and secure operation of our collision repair facility, encompassing both panel beating and spray-painting services.

Responsibilities and obligations encompass a comprehensive range of tasks integral to the role’s operational framework. Duties involve executing core functions, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining productivity standards. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling specific job-related obligations, managing assigned responsibilities efficiently, and contributing to the overall objectives of the team or organization. Overseeing client relationships, team coordination, and operational parameters to enhance asset performance and elevate overall customer satisfaction levels.
Weekly and monthly technical reports on workshop operations must be submitted to Management.
Develop comprehensive action plans and provide regular status updates for all vehicles currently undergoing service in the workshop.
Technical support is provided to the workshop team for intricate diagnostic tasks.
Provide direct guidance and close supervision to technicians to ensure tasks assigned to them are completed correctly, thereby minimizing the recurrence of issues.
Enhance team performance by delivering clear, concise reports and fostering open, proactive communication channels.
Manage the daily operations of the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
Maintain tools and equipment to enhance operational efficiency, conduct regular audits of hand tools, ensure immediate replenishment of supplies, and enforce strict adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols within the workshop.
Before deliveries, a comprehensive final inspection of all completed repairs must be conducted to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with specifications.
Ensure the company achieves its budgeted profitability targets through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by professional certifications such as CPA or CMA, to fill this role. Applicants should possess at least five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or auditing, with a proven track record in strategic financial planning. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools is required, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing market trends, overseeing audit processes, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Familiarity with ERP systems and regulatory compliance standards is essential.
A valid driver’s license and the capacity to operate a vehicle are essential prerequisites for this position.
With a minimum of three years of practical experience in overseeing workshop teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and operational skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proficiency in computer applications is considered an additional asset for this position.
