MAIN FUNCTIONS
The role delivers analytical support to achieve financial outcomes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to address issues and conduct on-demand financial evaluations. This position involves preparing detailed cost reports, including forecasts and projections, while assisting with fund allocation for projects within approved budgetary limits and overseeing project accounting. Responsibilities include verifying invoices, expenditures, and change requests that affect budgets, as well as identifying and implementing enhancements to cost management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. As a support-oriented position, it requires adherence to broadly defined procedures under guided supervision.
This role can be classified as an entry-level Financial Analyst position, primarily responsible for conducting foundational financial analysis and preparing routine financial reports under close guidance.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in full-stack development. Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with experience working with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices is highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are critical for success in this role. The position involves leading development projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and deployment.
Financial reporting involves meticulous preparation and examination of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
