Selected candidates will have the opportunity to explore various business areas before finalizing their career path within the bank.
Seeking individuals with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Trello. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or SQL is highly desirable. The ideal applicant will demonstrate leadership qualities and a proven track record of successful project execution.
A minimum of an upper second-class honors degree (2:1) is required for this position.
Must have successfully fulfilled the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) obligations as a prerequisite for this role.
