Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high operational standards. Facilitate the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making processes. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation within the team.

Devise and cultivate innovative strategies to uncover and expand new business prospects, ensuring sales objectives are consistently achieved and surpassed.

Perform in-depth market research to identify and analyze customer needs, prevailing industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Craft clear, compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored for client engagements.

Offer specialized technical guidance and propose tailored engineering solutions to meet specific project needs.

Work collaboratively with internal sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to develop and implement client-specific solutions.

Develop and nurture strong connections with both prospective and current clients to ensure sustained engagement and mutual growth.

Deliver exceptional after-sales support by promptly resolving customer concerns and guaranteeing their satisfaction throughout the service process.

Facilitate marketing initiatives including exhibitions, trade shows, and product showcases.

Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline developments for comprehensive tracking and reporting.

Compile and deliver weekly reports detailing sales performance, client visits, call plans, and market insights.

Conduct ongoing analysis of market dynamics to detect emerging trends, evaluate prospective opportunities, and evaluate potential risks or competitive pressures.

Deliver ongoing technical assistance throughout each stage of the sales process to ensure seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Additional qualifications include project management expertise, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline is required.

Minimum of two years of experience in technical sales, ideally gained within the engineering or industrial sector.

Proficiency in selling pumps and valves would be particularly beneficial.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of mechanical systems and engineering principles to develop effective solutions.

Proven expertise in articulating ideas clearly, negotiating effectively, and delivering compelling presentations.

Proficient in distilling intricate technical details into practical, easily understandable solutions tailored to customer needs.

Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions through logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation while effectively contributing to team objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Demonstrates strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
