Position
A highly motivated account executive is sought to oversee financial transactions at our IKEA Branch.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including but not limited to project management, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and process optimization. Ensure alignment with organizational goals through meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to established timelines and budget constraints. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain clear and concise documentation of all activities and outcomes to support transparency and accountability.
Oversee all daily financial operations for the branch.
Responsible for utilizing SAGE to input and update client financial records on a daily basis.
Guarantee that all financial reporting deadlines are adhered to without exception.
Provide guidance, establish, and uphold standardized accounting control protocols to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Prepare receipts, invoices, and commission statements with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all financial documentation is processed promptly and in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Maintain organized records of transactions to facilitate audits and financial reporting.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrates proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development or engineering roles. Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiar with Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and DevOps practices. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution is required.
Seeking candidates with at least three years of hands-on accounting experience.

Professional experience in customer service roles would be considered advantageous.
Must possess proficiency in utilizing the SAGE software platform for financial management and operational tasks. Should demonstrate familiarity with its features and capabilities to ensure accurate and efficient handling of accounting, reporting, and data analysis functions. Requires the ability to navigate the system seamlessly and apply its tools to support organizational processes.
Must not exceed the age of 30 as of the application date.
