Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing project timelines, allocating resources efficiently, and fostering collaboration across teams. Create and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key partners.

Facilitates the cultivation and oversight of high-net-worth individual (HI) relationships, ensuring sustained engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Expand the transaction volume generated by the brokers under the team’s oversight.

Develop a strategic framework designed to deliver high-value services specifically tailored to high-net-worth individual (HI) clients.

Design and implement a framework to foster seamless collaboration with other sales teams, thereby ensuring the achievement of the company’s collective objectives.

Collaborate with the Training team to facilitate the training and professional development of the team’s personnel.

Ensures the establishment of appropriate reinsurance arrangements for all risks underwritten by the team.

Ensures risks proposed for insurance are evaluated accurately, and that terms are offered fairly.

Ensure the precise collection of data and customer documentation while maintaining organized and current filing systems.

Provides strategic risk mitigation guidance and tailored solutions to high-net-worth individual clients as needed.

Maintain consistent communication with the Claims team to continuously refine pricing structures, terms, and conditions while regularly updating outstanding claims reserves.

Delivers strategic oversight for the development, execution, and attainment of the team’s budget, as well as all other agreed-upon initiatives, to ensure alignment with the company’s corporate objectives.

Ensure all team functions align with AXA Group’s established standards across operations.

As an academic or professional, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in your field, supported by relevant qualifications and experience. This role requires a deep understanding of specialized knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to conduct rigorous research or apply expertise in practical settings. You will be expected to uphold high ethical standards, contribute to scholarly or professional discourse, and maintain a dedication to lifelong learning. A relevant first degree in any discipline is required, with an M.Sc., MBA, ACID, or ACTIN qualification serving as an additional benefit.

Seasoned professionals with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience are required, encompassing hands-on involvement in roles pertinent to the position. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of success in their field, supported by verifiable achievements and contributions. Prior experience in a similar capacity is highly advantageous, ensuring familiarity with industry standards and operational demands.
