Prepare and fulfill customer orders for either delivery to the sales team or pickup, ensuring strict adherence to the designated schedule.
The role involves managing core operational functions, including receipt of goods, inventory control, order fulfillment, and ensuring product maintenance.
Handle incoming merchandise by performing picking, unloading, labeling, and storage tasks efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
Facilitate effective collaboration and maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors and colleagues to ensure cohesive teamwork and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and initiate procurement of new items as necessary.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development. Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with web development frameworks like React or Angular is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively within a team. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Professionals should hold an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a retail or related store keeping capacity is required.
Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, databases, and related systems is required.
