Purpose

To cultivate outstanding client experiences, you will oversee client relationships, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a seamless journey throughout the property sales and acquisition process.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve complex challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain meticulous compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Additionally, prepare detailed reports, analyze key performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making.

Act as the principal liaison for clients, potential clients, investors, and prospective property buyers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering precise details regarding properties, services, pricing, and transactions.

Develop and nurture robust client relationships to elevate satisfaction levels, foster loyalty, and strengthen retention rates.

We proactively reach out to leads, inquiries, and current clients to sustain meaningful interactions and facilitate the conversion of prospects into sales.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.

Address client grievances, inquiries, and service-related challenges with professionalism and a commitment to prompt resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including interactions, feedback, and transaction history, within the company’s centralized database system.

Assist clients in navigating the complexities of acquiring, leasing, or investing in properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory journey throughout the process.

Collect and analyze client feedback to formulate strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing service delivery efficiency and elevating overall customer satisfaction levels.

Compose regular updates summarizing client engagement metrics, satisfaction assessments, reported complaints, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in client relationship management, customer service, account management, or an equivalent professional capacity is required.

A proven track record in a Client Relationship Manager or Customer Service Professional capacity within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management sector is essential.

Demonstrates outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication, with exceptional clarity and precision in conveying information and ideas.

Aptitude for fostering connections, effective negotiation tactics, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Strong organizational abilities, coupled with advanced problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise, are essential for this role.

Demonstrated capacity to handle an extensive client portfolio while effectively balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred attributes include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, although equivalent work experience may be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in project management or a similar role is highly desirable, as is familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
