Responsibilities

Achieved significant growth in sales and optimized inventory management through diligent oversight of daily parts program operations.

Parts are procured from distribution centers and auxiliary service locations, then distributed to service vehicles in accordance with scheduled appointments.

Evaluate all incoming appointments to confirm they are appropriately arranged and accurately recorded within the system.

Process and manage warranty part shipments with a focus on quality assurance, encompassing the handling of hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries. Ensure all shipments are accurately processed and expedited to meet return requirements while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include systematically receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock and special-order parts in designated storage areas.

Diligently oversee inventory stock levels through daily perpetual parts counts, promptly reporting any discrepancies for resolution.

Maintain automated inventory replenishment lists proactively by ensuring they are consistently updated and accurate to meet operational demands.

Deliver an expertly arranged stockroom that aligns with Vinfast’s stringent standards while maintaining the visual appeal of a premium grocery environment.

In coordination with the Regional Parts Manager, elevate and resolve parts-related concerns originating from either internal or external suppliers.

Serve as the primary liaison with leading suppliers, delivering insightful feedback designed to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.

To address evolving business requirements, additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Proficient in utilizing a variety of computer application software with a strong level of expertise.

Proficiency in utilizing an Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) represents an additional asset for the role.

Desirable qualifications include industry-recognized automotive certifications or specialized training in relevant areas.

Proficient in technical systems with the capability to recognize spare parts and understand their primary functions.

Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to effectively perform duties in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or productivity.

Maintains an unwavering commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.
