Job Summary
As an HVAC Technician, your key responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on Direct Expansion (DX) and Chilled Water Systems.
Oversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with organizational objectives and foster a cohesive work environment. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for process improvements. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing activity, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership review.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to uphold optimal operational efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions and electrical issues involving compressors, motors, and control systems to ensure optimal system performance.
Install HVAC systems while adhering to established technical standards to ensure proper setup and functionality.
Perform comprehensive testing and commissioning procedures for air conditioning systems, followed by the compilation of detailed commissioning reports.
Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and operational procedures at all times.

SSC qualification with an accredited HVAC training program or a valid Trade Test Certificate is required.
A minimum of five years of practical experience involving DX (direct expansion) and chilled water systems is required.
Proficient in brazing, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting, with a strong ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
