Collaborate with clients to develop personalized travel plans and detailed itineraries.
Oversee flight bookings, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and tour package arrangements.
Develop and revise travel itineraries that align with clients’ specific requirements and financial constraints.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions as required.
Drive business expansion by marketing travel services and elevating sales performance through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with both corporate clients and individual customers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Ensure adherence to travel industry regulations, airline policies, and company-established standards.
Maintain meticulous booking records, client files, and travel documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance at all times.
