Job Summary
In this position, your primary focus will involve cultivating and expanding B2B sales opportunities through the establishment of robust, long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
You will deliver customized gifting solutions, manage high-volume orders, and ensure seamless service execution while driving sales expansion and fostering enduring client relationships.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties central to the role, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives, resolve challenges, and maintain transparency throughout initiatives. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate disruptions. Client Acquisition: Develop and secure new corporate clients by targeting key decision-makers within HR teams, procurement departments, executive offices, and corporate event planning divisions.
Account management involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by thoroughly comprehending their unique gifting requirements and preferences.
Recommend customized gift solutions tailored to client budgets, brand alignment, and promotional goals.
Prepare and dispatch polished business proposals, customized pitches, and service presentations to prospective clients.
Oversee order management to ensure meticulous accuracy in customization, branding, pricing, and delivery coordination throughout the order processing cycle.
Collaborate effectively across departments, particularly with logistics and fulfillment teams, to guarantee punctual, seamless, and undamaged deliveries.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the corporate sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of both monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets, fostering sustained revenue growth.
To ensure optimal client satisfaction and foster ongoing business relationships, follow up with clients after delivery to nurture repeat engagements.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to craft corporate-centric campaigns, seasonal gift catalogs, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a relevant academic background and professional experience. Applicants must possess a degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical training.
