The remuneration for this role ranges from N300,000 to N350,000 on a monthly basis.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee engagement. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and internal departments, to facilitate seamless communication and conflict resolution. Analyze market trends, financial data, and business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability in all actions.

Responsible for ensuring the client’s account operates seamlessly and efficiently at all times.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with the senior consultant in formulating strategic concepts and executing related projects.

Collaborate closely with the client to finalize project activities, activation strategies, and budget allocations.

Client Liaison:
Serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. Responsible for understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Requires exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Must maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to meet diverse client demands.

Provide strategic input and innovative ideas to enhance client marketing initiatives and frameworks.

Ensures consistent bidirectional communication between the client and team, fostering robust representation of the team while aligning client expectations appropriately.

Demonstrates responsibility for expanding and cultivating business accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth and client retention.

Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating opportunities to enhance existing client relationships while pursuing new avenues to broaden the scope of paid engagements, including additional services and value-added offerings.

Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships represents a core responsibility, requiring consistent engagement with stakeholders, clients, and industry peers to foster collaboration and mutual growth. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to networking, and the ability to represent the organization with professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, along with a solutions-oriented mindset, will be essential to navigate complex professional dynamics and achieve shared objectives.

A thorough understanding of client opinion leader profiles and key stakeholders is required.

Execute various ad hoc assignments as directed by management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.

The position necessitates a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Applicants must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate complex information clearly. Familiarity with compliance standards, project management methodologies, and data analysis techniques is highly desirable. The role demands adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

A degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related field, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a client-facing role is required.

Experienced professionals with a background in Client Service consulting, or comparable positions are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrates a strong history of successfully managing client-focused projects.

Proficiency in a public relations firm, media outlet, or advertising agency is a prerequisite for this role.

Possesses strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to leverage advanced features to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
