We are actively recruiting a meticulously organized and results-driven Office Manager to strengthen our team at Noémie Limited. In this pivotal role, you will supervise the daily office functions, guaranteeing seamless and productive execution of all administrative and clerical duties.

Key duties encompass overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing accurate reports, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating all administrative functions, ensuring the efficient management, maintenance, and organization of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Ensure strict compliance with all established office policies and procedures while fostering a secure and safe working environment for all staff.

Oversee and assist administrative personnel, offering direction and mentorship where necessary.

Organizes and streamlines office operations and procedures, encompassing correspondence management, filing system administration, supply requisitions, and comprehensive clerical support.

Develops and enforces office policies by establishing clear standards and protocols, while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Ensures meticulous management of records by overseeing their retention, safeguarding, accessibility, and proper disposal while maintaining the optimal functionality of all office equipment.

Oversees external service providers, including cleaners and technicians, to guarantee timely and superior-quality service delivery.

Works collaboratively to support forecasting initiatives and aids in payment processing and credit verification procedures.

Reviews and analyzes reports to extract key insights, compiles and synthesizes information, detects emerging patterns, and ensures management remains apprised of critical developments.

Compiles and oversees yearly financial plans, allocates funds strategically, evaluates discrepancies between projections and actual spending, and implements measures to address any deviations.

Provides support for the office’s IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, data storage solutions, internet connectivity, hardware setup, and software installation.

Establishes secure access credentials and configures essential computer systems for new hires, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.

Provides support in recruiting initiatives, employee onboarding processes, and technical training programs.

We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Demonstrated success in an Office Manager capacity or an equivalent position is required.

Skilled in managing projects effectively with a strong ability to plan, execute, and deliver results on time and within budget. Demonstrated expertise in coordinating teams, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across diverse teams. Demonstrates proficiency in active listening, verbal articulation, and written correspondence to foster productive relationships and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is required.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is highly desirable.
