Oversee a diverse portfolio of client projects concurrently, guaranteeing punctual and effective project completion.
Conduct in-depth technical research and deliver expert advisory opinions on pivotal tax issues impacting clients’ business operations.
Assume a pivotal leadership position by providing guidance, support, and professional development to junior team members through supervision, training, and mentorship.
Effectively collaborate with clients to cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with their team members and pertinent regulatory bodies.
Maintain transparent, prompt, and precise communication with supervisors and all pertinent stakeholders.
Work collaboratively across departments to identify, analyze, and resolve client-specific tax challenges as required.

Requirements
With at least six years of experience in an accounting firm, candidates must possess a strong background in financial services to qualify for this role.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, among others, is required.
Individuals must hold a valid ICAN or ARCA certification to be considered for this role.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation communication.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to operate autonomously while fostering effective collaboration with colleagues.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively in various business contexts is essential.
Obtained from an accredited university, a Second Class (Upper) degree or higher is required.
