To consistently expand branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume, and Transactions Volume in alignment with established KPIs.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties designed to ensure the smooth operation and strategic advancement of the organization. This encompasses the development and implementation of comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures that align with corporate objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, assessing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to foster innovation, optimize processes, and enhance overall productivity. Educate customers about the complete range of Hope PS Bank offerings, including products and services, to foster familiarity and engagement with the bank’s solutions.

Prospecting and promoting potential retail markets and clusters to engage Agents and secure new accounts.

Support the coordination of sales or cluster STORMS initiatives, as well as other retail promotional campaigns.

Your role involves motivating and guiding Agents and Agent Managers to achieve their predetermined objectives.

The incumbent is tasked with addressing and resolving customer-related issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and minimizing disruptions to service delivery.

Facilitate the coordination and oversight of current marketing and promotional initiatives.

Agent recruitment, onboarding, and management responsibilities encompass sourcing, selecting, and integrating new talent, as well as overseeing their ongoing development and performance within the organization.

Oversee the registration process for agents, establish their setup requirements, ensure consistent branding initiatives, and drive promotional efforts.

Act as a liaison, facilitating communication and coordination between the bank and the agents or their respective managers.

Execute additional ad hoc tasks as designated by the Regional Head upon request.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of management as needed.
