Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the client’s account operates efficiently and effectively.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with the senior consultant in the creation and execution of strategic concepts and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with clients to finalize project activities, activations, and budget allocations.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication to address inquiries and concerns. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and negotiations to align client needs with company capabilities, fostering strong, long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project statuses in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and accountability. Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as sales, marketing, and support—to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations. Develop and implement client retention strategies to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing client marketing strategies and initiatives.

Consistently facilitates bidirectional communication between the client and the team to ensure accurate representation of the team’s efforts and to align client expectations with project realities.

As the business/Account continues to expand, the focus will be on maximizing opportunities and driving sustainable growth. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new avenues for development, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of the account. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and a track record of delivering measurable results will be essential to excel in this position.

Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating avenues to enhance current business relationships, while proactively pursuing new prospects to broaden the scope of billable engagements and deliver additional value to clients.

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth. Foster open communication channels to ensure alignment on goals and expectations, while consistently representing the organization with professionalism and integrity. Act as a liaison to address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and facilitate productive engagements that support long-term partnerships and organizational objectives.

Proficient in analyzing client opinion leader profiles and key stakeholders.

Showcase inventive thinking and original problem-solving skills that extend beyond the scope of client-provided concepts.

To cultivate a dedicated customer base for a client’s brand or business, explore and leverage strategic opportunities that foster long-term loyalty and engagement.

Execute various ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management to support operational needs and ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher national diploma (HND) in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a client-facing position is required.

Experienced professionals with a background in Client Service consulting, or comparable positions are encouraged to apply.

Delivers a consistent track record of successfully overseeing and executing client-focused projects.

Proficiency in a public relations agency, media outlet, or advertising firm is a prerequisite for this role.

Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of applications to enhance productivity and streamline workflow processes.
