Oversee and direct the after-sales technical support and service operations for home appliances, ensuring efficient and effective management throughout the process.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults in consumer electronics and home appliances.
Coordinate repair operations, oversee maintenance timelines, manage warranty claims, and ensure the delivery of technical services.
Oversee the delivery of outstanding customer service while promptly addressing and resolving any customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and operational updates by utilizing computer systems and software.
Provide instruction and mentorship to technicians regarding diagnostic methodologies, repair protocols, and approaches to customer interaction.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and technical materials to support operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to established service quality benchmarks and enforce organizational policies and technical protocols without exception.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required, and experience with team leadership is highly desirable. The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail is critical. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Consumer Electronics, or an equivalent technical discipline is required.
