What you will be doing:
Own and spearhead the design strategy for Bamboo Invest, defining critical user journeys and establishing the product’s overarching vision and direction.
Drive the complete design lifecycle for innovative features, encompassing the entire process from initial discovery and conceptualization to final delivery and ongoing refinement.
Interpret user requirements, align business objectives, and accommodate technical limitations while crafting intuitive, sophisticated solutions.
Design and develop intuitive user interface elements, including flowcharts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process.
Work collaboratively alongside Product Managers and Engineers to establish and deliver high-quality features.
By leveraging user insights, data, and experimentation, collaborate on shaping and advancing the product strategy.
Enhance and expand the design system to establish uniformity and optimize productivity across all projects.
Elevate the standards of design excellence throughout the entire product portfolio.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record and relevant expertise in the specified domain. The ideal applicant will possess a strong command of essential technical or industry-specific skills, along with the ability to demonstrate proficiency through prior work experience. Additionally, familiarity with key methodologies, tools, or frameworks pertinent to the role is highly desirable. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to collaborate seamlessly within interdisciplinary teams.

A robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles, innovative problem-solving approaches, and refined UI execution is required.
Experienced in creating mobile-first products for iOS and Android platforms, as well as responsive web designs.
Proficiency in utilizing contemporary design software such as Figma, Framer, Claude, and ChatGPT is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in user experience principles, interaction design techniques, visual design methodologies, and adherence to accessibility standards is essential.
Proficiency in utilizing design systems and implementing component-based design methodologies is required.
Proficient in working effectively alongside engineering teams while comprehending technical limitations and project constraints.
Proficient candidates will possess prior expertise in crafting financial technology solutions, consumer-facing applications, or data-intensive products.
