Key Responsibilites
Address inquiries promptly and deliver precise information to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication channels.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships by ensuring orders are processed and delivered seamlessly.
Process and fulfill customer orders while maintaining transparent communication regarding their status.
Investigate and address customer grievances while ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions and outcomes.
Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all account information is current and complete. Verify and update personal and financial details as required to reflect any changes promptly.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three to five years of direct customer service experience, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities is essential, requiring candidates to effectively convey ideas, address challenges, and manage tasks efficiently.
A CRM certification is considered a beneficial asset.
