• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system design and algorithm optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior developers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

A relevant Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) qualification is preferred, along with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction projects.
Proficient in the installation of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture, with a comprehensive understanding of each component.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings with precision.
Proficient in communication, leadership, and reporting, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively. Skilled in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data-driven reports to support decision-making processes.
