Deliver projects in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and established timelines to guarantee adherence to defined standards and deadlines.
Perform on-site measurements to confirm precise dimensions prior to installation.
Ensure adherence to rigorous quality benchmarks and deliver projects free from defects.
Compile daily site reports, including photographs and comprehensive progress updates.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the procurement, delivery, and assembly of site materials to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines. Coordinate all logistical aspects of material handling, from receiving shipments to final installation, while maintaining strict compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system design and algorithm optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior developers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
A relevant Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) qualification is preferred, along with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction projects.
Proficient in the installation of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture, with a comprehensive understanding of each component.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings with precision.
Proficient in communication, leadership, and reporting, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively. Skilled in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data-driven reports to support decision-making processes.
