Job Summary

The Telesales Representative / Content Creator will spearhead sales initiatives through both proactive outbound and responsive inbound interactions, while also crafting engaging digital content to enhance the company’s product and service offerings. Additionally, they will provide outstanding customer support to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in cultivating leads, elevating brand awareness, nurturing customer relationships, and fostering long-term client loyalty.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional projects, and the maintenance of key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Lead teams through structured planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to drive efficiency and measurable outcomes. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational units, facilitating clear communication and fostering collaboration to support decision-making processes. Additionally, identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while optimizing processes to enhance productivity and innovation.

Leverage both inbound and outbound call strategies to cultivate leads and successfully transition prospects into loyal customers.

Ensure timely responses to inquiries and cultivate a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.

Develop and nurture enduring professional connections with both current and potential clients.

Craft compelling content tailored for social media channels, marketing initiatives, and promotional assets to captivate target audiences.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aimed at strengthening brand recognition and engagement.

Respond in a timely and courteous manner to all customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests received via phone, email, and social media platforms.

Deliver precise details regarding the organization’s offerings, services, and current promotional initiatives.

Record all customer interactions, sales actions, and subsequent follow-up efforts in the assigned systems with thorough documentation.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring enhancement, then translate these insights into actionable recommendations that elevate service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

Collaborate effectively with the operations and sales teams to uphold seamless service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve the predetermined sales quotas and enhance customer interaction objectives as assigned.

Perform all other duties deemed appropriate and delegated by management as required.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent field is required.

A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telesales, customer service, content creation, or a closely related field is required.

Proficiency in the real estate, media, or allied industries constitutes an additional asset.

Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication is required.

Exceptional proficiency in sales, negotiation, and relationship management is required.

Proven track record in developing compelling social media and marketing content that resonates with target audiences.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools is required.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Demonstrates self-motivation and adaptability while collaborating effectively with colleagues in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.
