Job Summary
Our client is in search of a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager who will spearhead strategic and creative initiatives to propel brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing campaigns, and deepen audience connections.
This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand presence and advance business goals across all channels.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving accountability to meet established targets. Monitor progress through detailed reporting mechanisms, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and frontline staff, facilitating transparent communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Create and execute brand and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals to drive growth and enhance market presence.
Perform comprehensive market research to analyze audience behavior, identify emerging market trends, and assess competitive activities.
Devise and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms.
Oversee collaboration among internal marketing teams, encompassing content creation, design, and social media initiatives.
Track campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement rates and maximize return on investment.
Identify, pursue, and cultivate sponsorship opportunities and strategic alliances to enhance organizational growth and brand visibility.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
Investigate and oversee grant prospects while maintaining adherence to all specified reporting obligations.
Monitor marketing performance indicators and generate comprehensive reports summarizing key metrics for executive review and strategic decision-making.
Key qualifications include a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in advanced analytical tools and software, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting complex data in a clear, concise manner. Additionally, prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in brand management, marketing, communications, or closely related disciplines is essential.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of integrated marketing principles, brand strategy development, and corporate communications frameworks.
Proven track record in overseeing partnerships, sponsorships, corporate collaborations, and event coordination.
The individual must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both written and oral communication.
Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders and coordinate team efforts is required, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment toward common objectives.
Proficient in evaluating campaign outcomes and refining strategies to enhance engagement and maximize return on investment.
