Job Summary

The ideal candidate will spearhead the Oil & Gas portfolio with strategic vision, driving business development efforts, expanding market penetration, nurturing key client partnerships, and leading a high-performing team to realize the Bank’s financial and strategic goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating business expansion, increasing deposit mobilization, and boosting revenue generation within the Oil & Gas industry.

Devise and implement strategies that are fully aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities, ensuring cohesive integration with overarching goals while fostering sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships with Oil & Gas firms as well as pivotal industry stakeholders.

Orchestrate negotiations and develop structured financial and transactional solutions.

Oversee, mentor, and cultivate the growth of Relationship Managers and Business Development teams.

Track and evaluate performance metrics, operational pipelines, and progress toward established business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Ensure robust credit quality, effective risk management, adherence to regulatory compliance, and rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

Serve as the Bank’s esteemed representative at key industry forums and stakeholder engagements, effectively advancing its strategic interests and fostering valuable partnerships.

Leverage opportunities to promote cross-selling initiatives encompassing Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking solutions.
