A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or an equivalent discipline.
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this position.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are advantageous.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives is highly desirable.
A minimum of five to ten years of hands-on professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration is required.
Accomplished expertise in real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or expansive development projects is required.
