We handle the daily collection and transportation of customer items within Abu Dhabi, specifically in the MAC and Bari areas.
Transport healthcare supplies, documents, and parcels securely while ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure the appropriate management and preservation of laboratory specimens and temperature-sensitive materials, as needed.
Ensure meticulous documentation of delivery activities and maintain comprehensive Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the assigned motorcycle remains in optimal operating condition.
Ensure compliance with organizational safety protocols and traffic laws.
Deliver exceptional, courteous service to customers throughout the delivery process.
Promptly report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the Logistics Officer to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, and industry-specific software is essential, along with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and proven leadership skills will be advantageous. This position requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must possess at least a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or National Diploma (OND) qualification.
A valid rider’s permit and a driver’s license are required for this position.
Experienced dispatch riders must possess a minimum of one to two years in the field.
Possesses comprehensive familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s road network and its surrounding regions.
Proficient in utilizing smartphones and GPS navigation systems.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, consistency in punctuality, and unwavering integrity in all professional interactions.
Required to maintain the capability to process payments on a weekly basis, if necessary.
