Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Client Investment Advisor to serve as the primary liaison for both prospective and current clients.

The successful applicant will integrate exceptional customer service, front-desk coordination, and sales assistance, facilitating initial prospect inquiries, nurturing leads, contributing to advanced consultations, and managing essential onboarding documentation.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, compliance, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, resolve challenges, and foster innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and sustainable growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, greet office visitors warmly, and promptly address initial inquiries via WhatsApp or the website while ensuring an exceptional front desk and reception experience.

Systematically document all incoming inquiries, ensuring precise capture of essential details such as name, contact information, preferred destination country, household size, budgetary parameters, lead origin, and current status.

Attend pre-approved client meetings while managing the scheduling of consultations, ensuring all required meeting materials are meticulously prepared. Represent the organization with professionalism in both internal office settings and external engagements, maintaining a consistent and polished presence at all times.

Following the initial consultation, maintain ongoing communication with prospects, dispatch approved corporate brochures, notify clients regarding any pending tasks, and ensure the lead tracker is consistently updated.

Gather critical onboarding documentation from clients, meticulously verify each item against standardized checklists, and submit them to the Operations Manager for review.

Assist in developing client proposals with approved company templates and promptly elevate high-value prospects to the CEO or Operations Manager.

Requirements

Proficiency in banking, Customer Service, Sales, Client Relations, Travel, Real Estate, Investment, or Immigration/Advisory Services is strongly preferred.

A polished and professional demeanor is essential, with exceptional articulation and confidence when engaging with affluent clientele. Demonstrates superior written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every WhatsApp and email correspondence.

Proficient in utilizing corporate checklists, master trackers, and structured data entry systems with ease.

Able to manage highly sensitive and confidential client financial and personal data with a steadfast commitment to integrity and discretion.

Trainable individuals with a strong enthusiasm for learning and the ability to rapidly comprehend the complexities of global citizenship and residency through investment programs.
