Main Functions
Assess and provide feedback on discipline engineering tasks conducted internally as well as by Contractors and subcontractors, verifying adherence to project specifications, company protocols, and regulatory mandates.
Delivers disciplined engineering and design processes in strict adherence to project objectives, goals, and established procedures.
Ensures precise and prompt dissemination of information among the Project Team and other organizational departments regarding engineering discipline activities, progress, and challenges. Beyond technical expertise, candidates must exhibit strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal capabilities.

Additionally, Level 3 encompasses advanced duties and obligations beyond those outlined in Level 1 and 2, including heightened responsibilities that demand specialized expertise and leadership capabilities. This tier requires the execution of complex tasks, strategic decision-making, and the mentorship of junior team members to ensure operational excellence and adherence to high standards. Candidates for Level 3 must demonstrate proficiency in advanced technical skills, a proven track record of problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Furthermore, this role may involve overseeing cross-functional projects, managing key client relationships, and contributing to long-term business growth strategies.
Responsible for overseeing comprehensive control system life cycle management initiatives, encompassing control system inventory tracking, proactive obsolescence planning, strategic spare parts management, and meticulous upgrade or replacement planning.
Support the maintenance and testing of control systems as needed, including executing software upgrades, conducting ESD testing, performing both offline and online tests, and coordinating activities—whether during plant shutdowns or normal operations.
We are responsible for organizing and overseeing maintenance schedules for metering systems, ensuring they function optimally across various applications such as custody transfer, allocation, regulatory compliance, and leak detection.
Assist in the organization and facilitation of activities concerning control system cybersecurity, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of related tasks.
Systems undergo thorough evaluation to ensure adherence to the company’s Industrial Control System Requirements (CSR), thereby mitigating cybersecurity risks.
Collaborate in cross-functional alarm management initiatives, encompassing tasks such as alarm rationalization, prioritization, the development of state-based alarm strategies, and the design or modification of alarm systems.
Review, revise, and create technical documentation and drawings for instruments and controls, such as PIDs, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control narratives.
Visit production affiliate offices and facilities to provide onsite assistance or implement new global support initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, is required, along with relevant professional experience of equivalent standing.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of established discipline design standards, relevant specifications, codes, and applicable safety criteria.
Skilled in examining, assessing, and revising cause-and-effect analyses, PIDs, logic and architecture diagrams, as well as control narratives.
Proficiency in specifying and implementing hardware solutions is essential, with a focus on instruments for pressure, temperature, and level measurement, as well as control and shutdown valves. This role requires hands-on experience in selecting appropriate components and adhering to ISA data sheet standards. Additionally, familiarity with fire and gas detection systems is necessary to ensure comprehensive safety and operational compliance.
Skilled in gathering and interpreting data using industry-standard database and analytical software, including SAP, Microsoft Analytics for Excel, and Tableau.
Demonstrated capability to thrive under stringent time constraints, manage extensive workloads, and adjust efficiently to shifting priorities.
Skilled in utilizing the full range of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong ability to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English, particularly in technical and business contexts, with strong skills in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
