The HR/Admin Executive will assume a pivotal role in facilitating both human resources operations and administrative processes. Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing the planning, coordination, and supervision of assigned projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives, fostering growth and operational excellence. Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to maintain high performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Human Resources Functions include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee records and benefits administration, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, organizing training and professional development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating workplace safety and wellness initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing compensation structures, fostering a positive organizational culture, and serving as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a productive work environment.

Facilitate end-to-end recruitment initiatives by drafting and distributing job postings, evaluating candidate qualifications, organizing interview schedules, and managing seamless onboarding procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and present detailed analyses to stakeholders, offering insights that drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, optimize reporting frameworks, and enhance overall data governance for improved operational efficiency.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is required.

Highly desirable are professional certifications in the field, such as CPM, PRI, or their equivalents.

With at least three years of experience in a comparable HR or administrative capacity, candidates should meet this foundational requirement.

Demonstrates advanced competency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

Highly proficient in organizing tasks efficiently and managing time effectively.
