Job Summary
The HR Supervisor will manage the daily human resources, payroll, and administrative functions at the manufacturing facility. Compile and oversee monthly payroll data by gathering attendance records, overtime hours, deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions.

Oversee compliance with mandatory payroll duties, including PAYE processing, pension contributions, and other relevant deductions as required by statutory regulations.

Facilitate performance management initiatives, encompassing appraisals, confirmations, and disciplinary measures, to ensure alignment with organizational standards and expectations.
Manage employee relations concerns, including grievances and disciplinary matters arising on the shop floor.
Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and factory regulations to maintain legal and operational integrity.
Ensure precise preparation and maintenance of HR and payroll documentation and reports.
Oversee a range of administrative functions such as managing office operations, ensuring facility upkeep, and coordinating with vendors.
Oversee a team of administrative and support personnel, including security staff, cleaners, drivers, and others, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards.
Responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of office and factory consumables to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and oversee the proper upkeep of company assets to ensure their optimal condition and compliance with organizational standards.
Oversee the planning and execution of logistics for employee transportation, training sessions, meetings, and, when necessary, accommodation arrangements.
Collaborate effectively with production supervisors to ensure optimal manpower planning and seamless shift coverage.
Oversee attendance records, track absenteeism, and manage overtime to ensure payroll expenses remain within budget.
Ensure strict adherence to factory regulations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards essential for the production of diapers and sanitary pads.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably complemented by advanced studies or specialized certifications.
