All trucks must undergo thorough inspections and checks prior to being fueled for a trip and again immediately upon return from any journey.
Maintain accurate and consistent monitoring of service tanks in trucks, including thorough record-keeping and timely updates.
All maintenance or repair issues concerning trucks are required to be documented in a memo and must be resolved within a maximum of two working days.
Consistently overseeing and managing all trucks, peddlers, and their trips, whether active or idle, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Maintain the cleanliness and structural integrity of both the interiors and exteriors of all trucks and peddlers chassis.
Following up and managing trucks and peddlers efficiently during their loading operations at the depot are essential responsibilities.
