As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, you will spearhead business expansion by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering broader product adoption.
We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee a wide range of operational duties within our organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing daily workflows, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve strategic goals. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software tools, and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication abilities to relay information effectively and resolve any operational challenges promptly.
Market research and outreach efforts involve identifying and engaging key merchants across diverse market segments to promote PWT, merchant loans, collaborations, and online payment solutions. This role requires leveraging multiple channels—including online directories, industry events, and referrals—to effectively source and connect with potential partners.
Our focus within Merchant Engagement Strategy involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, cultivating meaningful relationships, and coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of services.
Conducting thorough evaluations of clients’ business processes, payment systems, and key challenges enables the identification of precise needs and obstacles, facilitating the development of customized solutions.
Customized presentations will be developed to effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected returns on investment, specifically tailored to the distinct needs of each merchant—particularly those categorized as Key and High-Quality.
Leverage your expertise to establish and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with pivotal stakeholders in client organizations, consistently showcasing dependability and promptness in your interactions.
With expertise in negotiation strategies, you will spearhead discussions pertaining to pricing, contractual terms, and final agreements to successfully finalize deals, while ensuring complete satisfaction and full compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborative Implementation involves partnering with internal teams—such as product development and customer support—to resolve client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate the smooth adoption of selected services.
