Job Summary

A dynamic and outcome-focused HR Manager is sought by our client to lead the development and implementation of strategic people management initiatives throughout the organization.

The position demands an accomplished HR generalist equipped with extensive expertise in recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, capable of establishing frameworks, refining workflows, and boosting workforce efficiency.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable growth. Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by mentoring staff, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards. Serve as a primary liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, resolve escalated issues, and align organizational priorities with broader business goals.

Spearhead comprehensive recruitment initiatives from start to finish identifying, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates.

Implement HR strategies, policies, and processes throughout the organization with a focus on execution.

Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.

Design and execute comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and fostering engagement.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with employees, nurturing trust and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Oversee and optimize HR processes to bolster operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, workforce statistics, and organizational frameworks spanning various business locations.

Assist organizational leaders in enhancing productivity, fostering a positive workplace culture, and optimizing team performance.

Ensure adherence to all applicable labor regulations, company guidelines, and leading human resources standards.

Offer strategic counsel to leadership on matters pertaining to human resources and organizational growth initiatives.

Candidates must meet the following essential criteria: a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking a seasoned HR Lead with at least three to five years of hands-on leadership experience in human resources.

A professional HR certification, such as CPM, SHAM, RCI, or an equivalent credential, is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in the travel, hospitality, aviation, or service-oriented sectors represents a significant benefit for this role.

Proficient in recruitment strategies, performance management frameworks, and HR operational processes.

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms is required.

Demonstrated expertise in advancing people processes and fostering organizational development initiatives.

Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively and cultivate meaningful professional connections.

Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance regulations is required.

Proven expertise in overseeing HR functions across diverse operational sites is highly desirable.

Exhibits exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and the capacity for autonomous decision-making.

Proven capability to establish trust, engage stakeholders, and enhance workforce productivity through collaborative leadership and strategic influence.
