Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results in the FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or cold-chain solutions sectors?

Omni Fresh is growing its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure across Lagos and seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates within our chilled and frozen storage facilities.

What you’ll do

Proactively seek out and establish partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers to expand market reach and ensure a robust supply chain.

Obtain extended agreements for the leasing of pallet storage facilities to ensure prolonged occupancy and stability of storage arrangements.

Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business expansion.

Translate market insights into profitable revenue opportunities by leveraging data-driven strategies and actionable intelligence to drive business growth.

Facilitate the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions.

What we’re looking for:

Accomplished professionals with a track record of success in B2B sales or business development are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated proficiency in commercial acumen and negotiation expertise, with a proven track record of securing favorable agreements and driving revenue growth.

Professionals with a background in fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or parallel fields are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

A results-oriented professional with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective deal closure strategies.
