Job Purpose

The Lead Consultant Pathologist will lead and oversee all diagnostic pathology services at ACE, ensuring precise and prompt diagnosis by evaluating laboratory specimens such as tissue samples, blood, and bodily fluids to uphold high-quality, patient-focused care. Additionally, the role involves supervising pathologists and laboratory personnel, maintaining adherence to quality standards, and fostering advancements in diagnostic techniques.

Oversee critical accounts with primary responsibility for managing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while driving sustained revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client’s objectives, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating risks to maintain high retention rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and customer support—to align resources and deliver cohesive solutions that enhance client value. Monitor account performance through detailed metrics and KPIs, proactively addressing issues and optimizing engagements to meet or exceed business targets. Provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making and foster client retention. Maintain a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving client requirements to anticipate needs and position the organization as a trusted partner.

Clinical Leadership and Diagnostic Services is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and enhance healthcare delivery through strategic leadership and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical management, diagnostic processes, and team leadership, with a proven ability to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical policies, managing diagnostic service lines, and fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, the role requires expertise in resource allocation, performance metrics, and continuous quality enhancement to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to industry standards.

Deliver specialized pathology services encompassing histopathology, cytopathologic, and molecular pathology.

Produce diagnostic reports that are delivered promptly, meticulously prepared, and thoroughly detailed to enhance patient care outcomes.

Work collaboratively with oncologists, surgeons, physicians, and other medical specialists to facilitate comprehensive, multidisciplinary care planning.

Develop and uphold optimal standards and systematic protocols within the pathology department.

Ensures adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance through systematic monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of processes, products, and services to meet established benchmarks and mitigate risks.

In accordance with national and international accreditation standards, establish, maintain, and oversee laboratory quality management systems to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Maintain adherence to all applicable regulatory frameworks, ethical standards, and established hospital protocols.

Supervise both internal and external quality control initiatives, performing routine audits to assess diagnostic results.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent discipline is required, complemented by a proven track record of success in [specific skill or responsibility].
