Assist patients with bathroom needs, including toileting, hygiene, and mobility support.
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and personal care needs of patients or residents through thorough cleansing and bathing assistance.
Ensure patients’ cleanliness and regularly replace bed linens.
Responsibilities include assisting patients with transferring between wheelchairs, seats, and beds, as well as repositioning them as needed to ensure comfort and safety.
Provide meal assistance to patients, ensuring they receive and consume their meals appropriately.
Record and document vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature, with precision and accuracy.
Handled independently without direct supervision, they must possess the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to strict deadlines. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least three years of pertinent professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams are required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate problem-solving acumen, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Experienced candidates must demonstrate prior employment in a Nursing Assistant capacity or a comparable position.
