You will report directly to the Head of Architecture and Design (Hoad). Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and involvement in policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model are by invitation only.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safritecture’s operations, ensuring strategic alignment while fostering staff development initiatives to elevate organizational effectiveness.
You will additionally craft strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, provide expert guidance to senior management, and ensure adherence to all tax regulations.
This position entails executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, supporting budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. Fundamentally, this is a forward-thinking role rather than a responsive one.
